Shipping is handled within 3 business days of placing an order WHEN IN STOCK. Your shipments will be sent via USPS utilizing first class method of shipment. Each package is sent with tracking. 

If you have an issue with the products you receive, we will happily refund your order. We require all returns to be sent back to us at the purchasers expense.
